Sämtliche Daten, die Sie in Tankspur eingeben, werden ausschließlich lokal auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert:
Diese Daten werden zu keinem Zeitpunkt an uns oder an Dritte übertragen. Sie verlassen Ihr Gerät nur dann, wenn Sie selbst einen CSV-Export erzeugen und ihn über die Teilen-Funktion Ihres Geräts weitergeben — an wen, entscheiden allein Sie.
Auch die CSV-Einfuhr (Profil → Daten einführen) arbeitet rein lokal: Die von Ihnen gewählte Datei wird auf dem Gerät gelesen und dort gespeichert — nichts davon wird übertragen.
Dasselbe gilt für Beleg-Fotos: Fotografieren Sie einen Tankbeleg, wird der Text ausschließlich auf Ihrem Gerät erkannt (die Texterkennung läuft ohne Internet). Das Foto wird von der App nur für diesen einen Lesevorgang verwendet, nicht dauerhaft gespeichert und nirgendwohin übertragen. Gespeichert werden allein die Werte, die Sie im Formular bestätigen.
Die App stellt von sich aus keine Verbindung ins Internet her. Sie enthält keine Werbe-Bibliotheken, keine Analyse-Werkzeuge (kein Google Analytics, kein Firebase, kein Crash-Reporting) und keine Schnittstellen zu sozialen Netzwerken.
Ihr Passwort wird niemals im Klartext gespeichert, sondern ausschließlich als nicht umkehrbarer Prüfwert (SHA-256). Die Anmeldung trennt die Daten verschiedener Profile auf demselben Gerät. Sie ist kein Schutz gegen jemanden, der Ihr entsperrtes Gerät in der Hand hält — dafür ist die Bildschirmsperre Ihres Geräts zuständig.
Tankspur fordert keine besonderen Android-Berechtigungen an: keinen Standort, keine Kontakte, kein Mikrofon — und auch keine eigene Kamera-Berechtigung: Beleg-Fotos macht die Kamera-App Ihres Geräts, und Bilder wählen Sie über die Fotoauswahl von Android aus; die App sieht nur das eine gewählte Bild.
Einzelne Einträge löschen Sie in der App durch Wischen. Sämtliche Daten werden restlos entfernt, wenn Sie die App deinstallieren oder in den Android-Einstellungen unter „Apps" ihren Speicher leeren. Da wir keine Daten erhalten, gibt es bei uns nichts zu löschen.
Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder und erhebt wissentlich keine Daten von Kindern.
Da keine personenbezogenen Daten an uns übertragen werden, laufen die Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung und Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 15–20 DSGVO) bei uns ins Leere — wir haben schlicht keine Daten über Sie. Ihre Daten liegen allein in Ihrer Hand, auf Ihrem Gerät.
Die App nutzt freie Softwarebausteine, unter anderem Flutter von Google. Die vollständige Liste mit allen Lizenztexten finden Sie in der App unter Profil → Verwendete Software. Die Material-Symbole stammen von Google und stehen unter der Lizenz CC BY 4.0.
Ändert sich der Funktionsumfang der App, wird diese Erklärung angepasst. Der Stand oben nennt die jeweils gültige Fassung.

Everything you enter in Tankspur is stored exclusively on your device:
This data is never transmitted to us or to third parties. It only leaves your device if you create a CSV export yourself and pass it on via your device's share function — and you alone decide to whom.
The CSV import (Profile → Import data) is equally local: the file you choose is read and stored on the device — nothing is transmitted.
The same applies to receipt photos: if you photograph a fuel receipt, the text is recognised exclusively on your device (text recognition runs without internet). The app uses the photo for that single reading only, does not store it permanently and never transmits it anywhere. Only the values you confirm in the form are saved.
The app does not connect to the internet on its own. It contains no advertising libraries, no analytics tools (no Google Analytics, no Firebase, no crash reporting) and no social network interfaces.
Your password is never stored in plain text, only as a non-reversible check value (SHA-256). Signing in separates the data of different profiles on the same device. It is not protection against someone holding your unlocked device — that is what your device's screen lock is for.
Tankspur requests no special Android permissions: no location, no contacts, no microphone — and no camera permission of its own: receipt photos are taken by your device's camera app, and images are chosen via Android's photo picker; the app only ever sees the single image you select.
You delete individual entries in the app by swiping. All data is removed completely when you uninstall the app or clear its storage in the Android settings under "Apps". As we never receive any data, there is nothing for us to delete.
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children.
As no personal data is transmitted to us, the rights to access, rectification, erasure and data portability (Art. 15–20 GDPR) have no subject matter on our side — we simply hold no data about you. Your data is yours alone, on your device.
The app uses free software components, among others Flutter by Google. You can find the complete list with all licence texts in the app under Profile → Software used. The Material symbols come from Google and are licensed under CC BY 4.0.
If the scope of the app changes, this policy will be updated. The date above states the currently valid version.
